All products sold on this website are digital downloads. Nothing is physically shipped — there is no shipping fee, courier, or delivery address required.

1. What You Receive

Your purchase gives you digital access to laser-cut, engrave and CNC design files (SVG, DXF, AI, PNG, EPS, PDF and CDR formats, depending on the product). No physical item is sent to you.

2. How Delivery Works

Once your payment is completed and verified by our payment gateway (Cashfree), you are automatically redirected to a Payment Successful / Thank You page. Your download links appear directly on that page — access is instant, there is no manual processing delay and no separate shipment to track.

3. Delivery Time

Digital file access: Immediate, shown directly on the Thank You page right after your payment is verified.
If for any reason the Thank You page does not load or your download links are not visible after a successful payment, contact Customer Support with your order details and we will resolve it promptly.

4. No Physical Shipping

Because our products are entirely digital, the following do not apply to any order placed on this website: shipping charges, courier tracking numbers, delivery addresses, customs/import duties, or physical packaging.

5. Delivery Issues

If you completed payment but are unable to access your files, email us at the address on our Contact Us page with your order ID (shown on the Thank You page) and we will help you regain access.
